When I first started this blog I envisioned it being basically a surf report on steroids. I found that my best posts however (at least the ones I thought were best) tended to be about my travels or when I opened up about what was going on and just spun a yarn rather than "reporting". Being a new year and having resolved to build on my experiences over the last year I'm also really hoping to stick to more of a storytelling format and hopefully keeping it more interesting to read. I encourage anyone who reads to make comments and don't hold back - I can take it!
I started this year off in Orlando with a beautiful vantage point of downtown - I'm going to keep this post short and just post the photo I took last night - Happy New year to you all - I hope you all approach it with an open heart and mind and call me out on it if I don't seem to be!
